At our Sports Fan Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your memorabilia and collectibles. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all COAs (Certificates of Authenticity) and tags are included to maintain the item's value.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the authenticity and condition of the returned sports gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
